We are three professionals who also happen to be close friends. We met while serving on different projects in the UAE and quickly discovered that we have both technical and interpersonal harmony. Each of us has held diverse roles and responsibilities throughout our careers and our skillset spans all aspects of project management. As such, our technical expertise is highly complementary. Our experiences working together on multi-million/ billion-dollar projects also proved that we have similar understandings of how to approach projects and address their challenges. At the personal level, we share similar cultural backgrounds and ethical values that made it easy to maintain and grow our friendship throughout the years. Together, these qualities make us the perfect team.

After long careers in the Middle East, we all independently ended up in the United States. Upon reconnecting, we knew that we wanted to pursue our careers as a team. We took our time to understand the market and felt that we could add value through our diversity, complementary technical expertise, and interpersonal synergy.
