The role has two aspects:

Adaptation: This includes coaching on the measures to be considered while approaching the locals of those locations, to bring awareness to the sensitivity of the culture, and what must be taken into consideration while being part of a foreign community. This helps avoid unnecessary conflicts on the day-to-day interaction that would ultimately impact the business side.
Facilitation: Explain the business process in terms of authorities’ requirements, licenses required and any restrictions pertaining to the nature of the business on hand. The service extends to assisting in finding the appropriate local partner or affiliates if needed.

This is a result of our personal experiences with foreign entities doing business in a location that is totally different from what they know.

Executive Coaching

Leaders are expected to be constantly evolving and polishing their communication skills. We help leaders to evaluate their strengths and set goals for improvement and develop new interpersonal skills to manage and motivate their teams.
