Depending on whether we are the prime entity on the job or a subsidiary to a prime, our contracting approaches could be one of the two types:

Direct sale: HANADYS’ in-house team will take full responsibility for Project Management related tasks. We create custom project tools to track and monitor each job from the initial stages until the handover. Strong communication and professional reporting are core to our performance.

Outsourcing: For construction services-related jobs, we affiliate with reliable sub-contractors for execution. We have a strict selection process for our sub-contractors, which is why we’re able to deliver quality construction services confidently. Our team of experts goes through several rigorous steps to ensure that only the most qualified contractors are working on our projects. Once we’ve partnered with a sub-contractor, we continuously monitor and control the work to ensure that it meets the required standards. We remain in close communication with our clients throughout the entire process.
