Project Managment

We have acquired the best talents in the industry. As a result, we can serve a diverse range of clients through our strategic acquisitions while still achieving what they want. It is not just about completing projects; it is about achieving their goals.

We extend the typical aggregates of project knowledge areas; Scope, Time, Cost and Quality, to provide the following critical and effective services

  • FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Management: Typically known as pre-concept for the overall process.
  • Design Management: Coordination between all related disciplines, from pre-stage through execution.
  • Procurement Management: also known as Resource management, Including Contracts / Commercial and communication.
  • Portfolio Management

We oversee the project activities ranging from initiation, design, procurement, construction, and closeout, applying the right tools and techniques, and creating various tools to track the deliverable throughout the project cycle.

We create various templates and forms to record and track the deliverable throughout the project cycle. The Project Management framework activities include the following processing:

  • Initiation Planning and: Baseline breakdown into administered deliverable
  • Coordination and Integration
  • Monitoring and Tracking the audit-able (signed off) deliverable
  • Reporting on compliance to baselines
  • Closeout

How we do it:

We start with the kickoff meeting with the Client’s team. Our agenda is to create the project plan by confirming and determining the following elements: The scope of work, The schedule (specific milestones, task owners, and deadlines for each phase of the project), The Client estimated budget, The communication plan (indicating the roles and responsibilities of the project’s stakeholders and when updates are sent out and to who they are sent to) and The team (confirm team availability). This allows us to determine how involved and complex a project will be and what level of support is recommended to ensure achieving the Client’s goal.

Thereafter, the Client shall receive a services agreement that will outline the high-level details of the project and our management strategies to lead the project to the expected outcome. This project plan will be our tool to guide and control throughout the execution phase. The details of the project plan and all relevant updates should be available to all project team members. It serves for transparency, accountability and as the baseline for monitoring changes.
Throughout the project, milestones are tracked, and updates are provided to all team members. If there are any issues, they are identified promptly. The modification (change order) is managed through the change management process, to ensure the project maintains focus and does not deviate from the envisioned project goal.
At the final stage of project delivery, we shall receive sign-off from the appropriate stakeholders that the key milestones have been achieved and delivered as agreed.
